Pearsoll Peak's newest release comes from Pittsburgh's Clay Colonna. "December 22" is short and sweet -- an EP containing some of the most exciting and forward-thinking electronic music we've heard in recent memory.

Having run Hoko Sounds since 2012 in addition to creating music under the DJ Poodle Emoji moniker in his spare time, Clay's latest EP (and the first under his own name) finds him straddling the line between bubblegum-ambience and lo-fi bedroom pop.

Glitched-out VST's, stuttering vocals, and waves of digital distortion work together to produce a calming charm, forming an irresistible and infinitely replayable sonic suite.
